Our first step is always to do a complimentary water analysis. We do not sell a "one size fits all" solution and only by understanding the characteristics of your water, from its acidity to its mineral content, to various contaminants, can we engineer a water filtration system that will perfectly suit your needs for both quality and quantity.

We use field-grade, laboratory quality test equipment so that we can test your water on-site and get extremely accurate and detailed results.

Ongoing Service and Maintenance

All water filtration systems require routine maintenance. Media, such as the salt in water softeners or the activated carbon in carbon filters must be replaced or the filters will no longer function. Some of the mechanical elements of the system, such as pumps, require routine maintenance to ensure their long lifetime.

Different types of filters have different maintenance schedules and media replacement frequency depends on water utilization.

If your home is seasonal, the filtration system must be drained down for winterization and recommissioned in the spring.

Your system will be placed on an automated maintenance schedule that is tailored to your system, your water utilization, and your own schedule. You'll simply get a call from Island Water Systems saying that you're do for service soon, a date will be picked, and access will be arranged for, where necessary.

Each time we service your system, we'll also check it over to make sure it is operating properly and is free of leaks or signs of pending problems.

And, in the case of an emergency, our service technicians are on call 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
